“Shine!” Confidence Workshop
From my work in a community career centre I was privileged to work with many clients from varied backgrounds and differing needs. Something struck me about the female clients, particularly those returning to the workforce after some years, due to raising children… Nearly all voiced that they had “no confidence” or had “lost confidence”.
I made it my mission to help and devised a little morning workshop “Building Confidence, for Women”. It was a popular workshop and I saw the value of getting women together to share, laugh and recognise their talents and value as well as learn some street smarts about the new world of work.
To this end, Career Wisdom has partnered with an image consultancy to help with your confidence building. ”Shine! From Inside Out” is a program aimed at helping women to recognise their strengths, build confidence and project a professional and confident image for work and/or business.
